Yeah, scouting is a big thing, because you learn what it takes to be in NT and how players need to be trained. Also, you learn how to communicate with other managers without causing any frictions and be able to convince them to train playe rproperly. On the offsite you will be able to learn a lot about tactics, especially in upcoming season

You almost had me convinced and then I read your thread about not knowing how to train OD.

It is great to have you involved but I think it is really important that you learn a bit more about the game before running for the NT job. Please let any of us know if we can help and we will certainly try and steer you in the correct direction.
