It's nice that some of you could pick up an outlier. However, newbies better understand the difference between the outliers you describe and the more usual case, where the bidding goes to $40k - $50k for most advanced trainers with salaries under $13k, and sometimes quite a bit higher. Then they can decide how patient they can be, how much of their life they can give up to sit at the computer to get a BB trainer, and how much under the average cost will please them. Shooting for an advanced trainer with salary under $13k at a cost of $1k is a good way to get down on the whole game and leave. Lower level coaches will also find competent trainers at a MUCH lower price, and you're not likely to see the difference in their effects.

Oh, and I am sure some posts will follow about your good fortune picking up an outlier, so congrats to all of you in advance.

Thanks to Homer, steve, alec, lazzy, MK, hrudey, all you guys who were encouraging. I did sign a trainer.

And thanks to perpete for the sarcasm to balance out the encouraging guys. Balance is good, eh?

All training staff are the same. .0000001 vs . 0000002 and so forth make no big of a difference. Its just waste of money. Imo

Just fire the guy and get a 1-2 basic for free. Same results minus the 000001%. yes level 3 is the best one to get but I don't even bother with it just waste of money and time.

Only thing worth it salt is Pr mangers if you understand the system they each bring.

1-6/7 make no difference to me they do the same thing , I don't buy them anymore . Its just a waste of money unless you understand tactics. It about finance management as well

I would get the 3rd level, if your going train to any tactics( Which I do). But training alone Level 4 does not matter, popular does not matter.,Always go cheap,

The Higher the level the more expensive little % will not make much of difference in training. If bb got rid of the signing on fee then you and I have a agreement. But since it does not, I can not agree with your assessment.

Only Thing thing worth its salt on staff is PR manager, which none understand beyond a few. I understand how it works, It work wonders once you come to understand it.
