ORLY? Sorry I don't understand that, I think maybe its a type for really??
"Oh really?" A form of questioning just short of disagreement.

The quality stuff always gets bid up in the million dollar range as well, so unless you are searching in high dollar ranges you wont see them.
And worth noting that this makes them totally irrelevant to the vast majority of managers in this game (for whom the recent changes merely trashed any hope of using FA's or seeing an improved economy).

What Phyr said below seems reasonable, but it's next to impossible to check (because you can't train both GS and skills at the same time).

My answer would be, unless it's clear that a player is not there yet, there is no way to predict if a players is capped just by looking at boxscores and skills alone. The only person who knows is the trainer who doesn't see a pop for a few weeks after he's been expecting one. Also I assume that every player I see on the TL who could be capped is being sold because he is capped. It's worth mentioning that looking at Coach Parrot it seems like it's possible to give training past the cap, however it would be significantly slower.

I've had DMI changing for players who stayed on proficient and did not receive training. That's why I'm skeptical that you would be able to know for sure that a change in DMI is not due to GS sublevels and it's definitely due to training. Over a few weeks yeah, over a single week, I doubt it.

By the same logic I should assume that my player who is now 32 is actually losing skills? Is that the effect of stamina?
Period...........................Salary..........DMI...........Age....Po....GS
07/10 - 07/16/2015.....$ 72 097.....1 271 200.....32.....10.....9
06/19 - 06/25/2015.....$ 72 097.....1 274 600.....32.....10.....9
06/12 - 06/18/2015.....$ 72 097.....1 276 000.....32.....10.....9
05/22 - 05/28/2015.....$ 72 097.....1 280 400.....32.....10.....9
04/24 - 04/30/2015.....$ 72 097.....1 289 200.....32.....10.....7
04/17 - 04/23/2015.....$ 72 786.....1 290 700.....31.....10.....9
04/10 - 04/16/2015.....$ 72 786.....1 292 200.....31.....10.....9
04/03 - 04/09/2015.....$ 72 786.....1 293 700.....31.....10.....9
03/13 - 03/19/2015.....$ 72 786.....1 291 100.....31.....10.....9
03/06 - 03/12/2015.....$ 72 786.....1 292 600.....31.....10.....9
02/27 - 03/05/2015.....$ 72 786.....1 294 100.....31.....10.....9

Edit: on a second note it seems like there are no sublevels for proficient GS and that DMI naturally goes down over time (I assume this is due to stamina). The bump there from 1 291 100 to 1 293 700 is due to this player getting 41 minutes of training between the 2 updates. So my statement above "I've had DMI changing for players who stayed on proficient and did not receive training." seems to be incorrect. Will have to double check if I find someone who has had his proficient DMI go up without training, but at present I haven't been able to find one.
