As for me, I would be a lot less negative if Marin had listened to some of the people's concerns when he did changes in the past (like when he erased free agency 10 seasons too late). The root of most problems, the inflated transfer market, is something that was primarily due to the userbase stabilising after the drop, but they have actively wanted inflation, they encouraged it and they can't control the economy.

You know things are bad now because nobody says 'oh but in the old days we had a $10 million transfer'. We've had many transfers over $10 million in the last couple of seasons, including a $13 million one and this happened despite all sorts of measures designed to limit the ability of users to save cash that were not present in the past: no daytrading, luxury cap, overextension tax etc.

don't create a thinly veiled poll when you really just want to have a thread hating on the promotions/relegation change

just name the thread that you hate it - no need to create a poll

You are so wrong in so many ways that I dont even care to explain you what I think.

I wrote that in other thread too... So copy paste:

My opinion about new demoting system: six team... way too much. I understand why, I agree, there should be more competitiveness, but this system would punish mostly teams that were promated one season ago.

Maybe instead demoting six teams or four (current system), we could choose middle ground.
- 8th demoted directly (2 total)

- 5th would play vs 7th team from opposite conference
- 6th vs 6th from opposite conference
- 7th vs 5th from opposite conference (3 total)

This way weaker conference would lose more teams and stronger teams would have more chance to survive in stronger league. Afterall, end game plan is to increase competitiveness, so why demote 7th team from stronger conference directly?

I would prefer poll with more options.

You read much of the comments here as complaints, I regard many of them as constructive criticisms.

The thing I really don't like is people complaining about complaints.

promotion/relegation can complain about changes
LI defending teams can complain about future salary change

anti-draft managers can complain against the draft
former day traders can complain about anti-day trading
training people can complain how slow training is
SherlockH can complain about complainers

We all might as well quit this game and go play Charazay!

I didnt create the poll to complain. Just curious about a change I dont think is needed. Very small sample size, but +70 % against is a lot (60 votes).
By the way, as you can see both of my teams are in I division in Utopia and Spain with different promotion systems. I will try to beat the other managers to the top whatever the rules are. The same goes for the other complains you made (but training should be faster :D).
