Do the coefficients you gave also work for calculating elastic effect decreases?

For instance to reverse your example, if PA was 14 and HN was 6, would training PA give a player a (6-14)*0.03= -0.24 decrease in training?

Interesting. So I been training a couple new trainees OD all last season and did get a couple pops in HA....but should I really be training 1v1 to boost HA and DR in order to really increase OF and other skills trained as they get older?? I always liked boosting the trainees defensive skills and then work on JS, IS PA. But I just today had an MR scout email me and said train to get my newest trained until DR was 15.....seriously?

No..lol. Not upset at all. I just thought training to get handling/Driving to 15 to make the elastic effect work properly. So it got me wondering it would propbably take 2-3 seasons to get to 15 for that high and slow traing on the defensive skills. I'm just amazed at how this is kind of unfolding in front of me because i never really concentrated on 1v1 for a whole season...or in his case up to 2 and into the trainees 3rd season..So, No..Really, I am not upset/mad, just interesting stuff here and much appreciate your info.

DUDE!! Way to come outta nowhere and make such an answer....THATS, what i was waiting to hear. You and I spoke before and you blew through our D4 in a very little time. So yeah, I have a couple trainees that are OK with their handles and driving but i still want to train they're defense....I'm not looking to train players for the national team i just train to have them perform for the team i'm developing. Like right now, currently....I am training ID on a couple 6-5 trainees who are well balanced but i want them to be excellent forwards to play outside and inside so i am training ID for a few weeks and will switch to IS or JS/forwards or 1/1 forwards. Throughout this season hoping they pop at least a few times in defense and still pop in HA/DR as well as IS.
Good to hear from you again..Hope D3 is going good for you. Last i heard from you were getting scorched lol which is what I'm dealing with now since promoting. Thank You for the advice
