The Big 8 win all the relegation series in 2. So the Great 8 will be getting 4 new teams next season.

yeah, but that sucks... we will have two very different regular seasons and a great advantage in the finals for the Great 8...

Maybe but not necessarily

A lot of the sides that look like being promoted seem as though they could be ready to challenge for playoffs straightaway, especially after the promotion bonus money

And you never know which teams that are staying up are going to be in need of a rebuild like mine was this season and be completely uncompetitive

What, winning the cup and the league isn't even good enough for 4.5 balls? Maybe it's just me, but I would've thought that should be an automatic 5 balls!

What, winning the cup and the league isn't even good enough for 4.5 balls? Maybe it's just me, but I would've thought that should be an automatic 5 balls!


Would be interesting to see if it is upgraded to 5 balls next season for the, "I am pleased with the team's performance last season."

You can't win the double at the highest level and not get 5 balls!

You're spot on! Just look at Hard Ball Gets - promoted and instantly wins the double (big congratulations on that, btw).

So yeah, if it was up to me, I'd personally rather not have 4 newly promoted teams in our conference haha. It's just a big unknown factor x4.

Haha, yeah, that must have been it. A perfect 7-0 record in the group stage and then a win in round of 32 before being knocked out in the round of 16 of the BBM1 must have been upsetting to some.

Good news is I've had 5 balls in the "performed well last season" since the start of this season, so thankfully they're over it by now.
