I would like to see teams rating depending of their result in past 2 seasons... So there would be rating written in all the teams main page. not Global but local country ratings, though it would be to difficult to make global teams rating.

To me it is simple- Relegated teams would be placed number 1, promoted teams 7 and 8.

In my experience, a relegated team will be a good battle in a lower league. And promoted teams oftern struggle.

Yes and bot-promoted team replacing conference winner (it happens) would be where? Think first. I doubt standing before first game of the season has impact on attendance at all and you can easily find how standing of the league looked like at the end of previous season. Non-issue.
