I think I found the problem, the servers are using an unconvential and incredibly inefficient operating method:

They have already upgraded the system to a dual Hamster one...I think your picture is out of date.

If you join BB mid-season, does it compensate for extra draft info? So if I played 6 weeks, with 2 scouts per week, will I just get my 12, or will they give me extra for the season before I joined?
