I don't have him bookmarked, but hopefully someone else can provide the link. I'm assuming you are talking about the player that sold for 7 million?

His name was Patrick Danouche (although I don't know how to spell the last name so can't find the player).

Weekly salary: $ 5 529

DMI: 54800
Age: 18
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: inept Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: awful
Driving: atrocious Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: prolific Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious

What should I do to him, if I don´t want to blow his salary cap early? I needed to train one guy´s IS high, so he got too many pops in that already. :) He got 3 pops while the other trainee got 1. :) He´s gonna be a pure center btw, but is it smart to balance his skills somehow? Thanks.

I would get his ID up to prolific. And then get his Rebounding up to prolific.
Then if you don't want his salary to go too high (it's probably around 35k after that - just a guess), you could spend some time training Jump Shot and One on One.

Okay, I get the ID and Rebounding point, but can you explain, why it´s useful to train JS and One on One instead of Passing and Handling? Thanks. Also, is it pointless to train Shot Blocking separately?

Well One on One will train Handling and Driving and is quick to train. And also provides training for JS and IS.
Training Handling doesn't train as many important skills in my opinion.
Passing would be nice to have, but I think it would take much longer than Jump Shot to train up, and Jump Shot is already at inept so not as hard to get up to Strong or higher. Where as passing would take a very long time.

Different people have different opinions on shot blocking. I think it is important, but it inflates salary a lot, so in your case I wouldn't train it.
