Can we get a GM to delete this post? (191252.10)

I am a little late in the debate action as ive been working all day so i dont know if anyone has asked this yet.

For all of those running....

1. What do you think is the biggest area we need to work on as far as the NT roster? Why?

2. Jfarb has done a really nice job these last two seasons building the community so how to you plan to continue building it?

3. Do you plan to keep the people who are currently helping with the NT or do you plan to bring your own people with you to help?

1. I personally would like to have at least one standout big that could get 20+ points game in and game out while having good ID and REB.

2. I will try to excite people in the USA chat during games, also I will continue to do post game reports. Also I will tell people about the economic bonus and that should spark some interest.

3. I will keep some people on the staff, I may even keep all but I do want to add some new faces if I can.

What makes you think a big who can score 20 every game will help us out? And to achieve that will require very high abilities so how do you plan to have owners train such a player when it mght drain their funds?

I am just saying having a big man who could give us a lil bit of points. It would be fantastic to have that kind of player though.

Did you know that there might be a player that can do that in our system right now? Because if I was voting for someone who doesn't know who will be good the next season or so, how can I be sure that they know how to put the team in a good spot to win games?

Which brings me to my next question, directed to any candidate: unless you are namssor or Jason (someone that knows our roster and pipeline), why should I vote for someone based solely on their 'new ideas' compared to a complete lack of knowledge of our team?

And, why are your 'new ideas' better than someone else's? So far, I haven't heard anything that puts us ahead of our competition.

I think there is a consensus that big men are what are keeping us from REALLY competing with the best teams in the world, but I have another question. Given that we only really have one true NT-caliber SF in the entire USA, what are your feelings regarding the position? Do you prefer all-around SFs? Prefer to play guards/bigs there depending on tactics?

To all the candidates: If you had 110 skill points to assign to a player (excluding free throw and stamina), how would you allocate them to best suit our team’s needs?

Boy, lots of directions to go here...Here is where one of my trainees is heading:

JS: 15 JR 8
OD: 20 HA 15
DR: 15 PA 15
IS: 9 ID 5
RB: 3 SB 5

110 points. He's being groomed for my Look Inside attack that I run. Only 125K too, so very affordable.

The name you're looking for there is "Jamie Nix".
