All of those trainees a´have their weaknesses.
The second and third one are quite tall and it will take a long time to bring them up to decent second league stats.
It depends on what you want to make out of them: PG or SG.
For PGs: Passing and OD are primarily needed, thereafter JS/ JR.
For SGs: JS/ JR and OD, thereafter passing. Well, and free throws are very low as well. So, to be honest, it´ll take a long, long time to turn all of them into decent players.
At least the third one is more of a PF/ SF guy. He can be trained to a solid PF at least. There he would need some more JS/ JR and OD apart from the inside skills.

My brightest prospect:

Owner: Phoenix_Suns

Weekly salary: $ 31 156

DMI: 272500
Age: 22
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: strong
Driving: strong Passing: prominent ↑
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: inept Free Throw: average

Experience: pitiful

I want to make a decent PG out of him. Presently he´s listed as a SG, so training Passing doesn´t have a strong impact of his wage. But he will soon turn to be a PG. I wonder how fast he will be trained with 23 years though (superior coach).
After some more passing ups I plan to train him in OD till he reaches his cap.
Any further advise? JS/ JR?

stop training JS for now, and focus on OD, one on One, JR and some Passing.

I'd say, train OD up to sensational first, then one on one until both Driving and Handling are proficient. Then Jump Range up to Sensational, and then Passing up to strong.
