It's more and more difficult to stay at the top level if you play the cup and the championship ! If a top-player of a team become injuried for a long time (3+ weeks) this team has to make a choice between those two competition, even Seattle, Stonestars or The cowboys...

I don't want to imagine a 6-7 weeks injury for Vlaj ... it's even possible to go down in second division because the BBBL is now a very strong league... and in the 2 confs.

I totally agree with Sum. The BBBL changed a lot those last 2-3 seasons. The teams starting to buy players with salaries higher than 100k, the other teams, in order to remain competitives, have had to do the same. Taking into consideration that the budget is limited and that you can therefore not have 8 of those players, the team with an injured top-player is in very bad situation. And it's indeed very complicated to play fully the cup and the championship as the average level of the teams of both conferences is now quite high and does not permit to play at 50%... It will be more and more complicated for the D2 teams to stay in the BBBL... and there is a big chance that the newcomers next season will be teams previously in BBBL ... what means a lot...

Good luck to everybody for the PO and PD!!!

I don't want to imagine a 6-7 weeks injury f

I don't think that's possible anymore.

at first I think BB copied the injury system from hattrick more or less, which made 6 week injuries possible, maybe even 7 weeks.

but then they realised that 6 or 7 weeks in hattrick means only 6 or 7 games, where in BB that's double.

So I think that in the worst case, a 4 week injury might occur. And I also think that if you have a doctor level 3 or higher, this will be 3 weeks max...

I have no solid facts to power this, so it might be wrong. Anyone who has had an injury for more then 3 weeks the last 4 seasons, speak up.

Nevertheless, a 2 week injury already is enough to ruin everything.
The player will be in bad shape when his injury ends, and so he can't be played in important games, so he will not play much, which makes his shape worse. It's a downward spiral, and if you ask me, it's one of the few things that needs improvement in this game.

What happend in the mind of scotty p to decide to play a motion? But what a great decision! Sum has decided to risk a 2-3 zone and maybe he loses the game because to that.

I think you can safely drop that maybe in that sentence.

Choosing the wrong tactic, has often proven to make a team loose the game. That's the most exciting part about BB. You need to figure out what tactic the opponent will use, and if you can surprise your opponent, you get a shot at victory, even if the ods are against you in a normal match-up.
Somethimes, and actually quite often, we need to gamble, because you never know when a manager will do something unexpected, or when he will play his best option...

Good call for Boes, bad luck for Sum.

This season we 've made the same mistake as last season.
We didn't believe in a good result...so we've started to sell some of our players.
Now we are sorry....damn..Ofcourse I'm proud with the result against SSS.

Boes is strong this season...verry strong.....The cowboys are impossible to beat by any Belgian team.
So....we will go for that little silver cup....the runner up...

On the other side...I fear for 'les popotams'...It will be hard...
But they have an impossible good player "Timo Siira'... and maybe he can force the difference.

Ventola will survive ! Sorry 'Tool'
