Nag reply siya sa akin he will come up with a list soon for the other potential u21 candidates. Tutok na lang pag may nagtanong sa forum section. I think he wants to do this on his own.

if you havent noticed si F1 na ang new u21 manager. he is jigz dating NT manager many seasons ago.
but i'm not convinced he is going to be better than osting when it comes to mentoring the players training. hope for the best.

Ang message ko na gusto ko maintindihan ng lahat iba na ang magiging benchmark ng u21. This u18 batch has to have a different standard because of the tsp bonus. A desirable trainee at 18 before is not the same as now. I was able to see a couple of rookies that started with 60 TSP sa tl from the draft paano pa yung mga hindi binenta at di ko nakita. Sana ma identify natin sooner kung sino ang mga may hawak ng mga high tsp rookies na ito.

Hindi ako sure kung nag scout si osting trabaho na yan ni f1, anyway based sa tsp increase hindi ko alam kung aware siya. Napapaisip ako kung itutuloy ko yung trainee ko or wait for a better one.
