you have drafted 2 very nice looking big men. they will be the core of your team so I would advice you to sell Chad Longhurst for some quick cash since you wont be training him as you will be training big men in Cees Jan van Engelen and
Vittorio Noviello. what I would advice you to do is to go out and spend the remaining of your money on 1 very good big man trainee. good starting main + secondaries skills, potential etc. since your playing in a IV so you wont be needing any good veterans as you will be most of the time - bashing bots... which can be done with 4k players... about getting that last trainee, let me know, dont be hasty and make a wrong decision. you will probably be able to get a very big trainee with the starting money you got. you would preferably want to get a Trainee with at least inept/mediorce in passing to keep those TO down and get his assist up or train them up in passing even though it would be slow due to their height. but I wouldnt worry if your current trainees dont have much in their passing department but they will be great as the core of your team.

I never said that. Just letting everyone know that there is another option out there as well.

Also trying to promote the community at the offsite forum as much as possible as well. It's done wonders for the national teams and starting to really help increase the strength of Australia overall i think.

Haha sorry, way too hard to pick sarcasm on the internet sometimes. Someone really needs to invent some sort of
[sarcasm] [/sarcasm] tags one day

I've never been a massive fan of one on one. I use short bursts occasionally but i personally prefer a combination of handling, passing, pressure, and outside shooting training all single position. I think i have done maybe 2-3 weeks of one on one training in the last 3 seasons combined and that is usually when i have stuffed up my minutes .I have had a good run with Mikey Bergman in taking him to the fringe of the USA NT at age 22. All his guards skills are over tremendous with the exception of passing thanks to this type of training.

If you want to post all your player stats and let me and a few other guys take a good look and make some more educated observations feel free to go on the offsite forum and use the help thread there.
