Works fine for my team, which would probably shoot 45% during FT workout. Next time I´d expect 3 Reb Pops from my biggies...

I'm dying to see if anyone trained games shape this week. And whether or not it gives the same random skill increases that Stamina & FT does...(?)

I trained Passing and I had a pop in Handling, which is a secondary skill for Passing, but I don't know if it popped as a secondary or for the random cross training.
