It would also be more realistic for players to start slowly declining when they hit 28-29. How many 32/33 yr olds do you see who are still as good as when they were 27/28?

like in hattrick - if they have no solution for long live of great players, they putts an unrealistic barriers.. I saw many players better on 32 than on 28 (footballers), it depends on their's style, how technical they are or how they are getting xp from a games, how intelligent they are

I've seen plenty of 32-year-old Hattrick players that are better than many 28-year-olds, so this argument doesn't exactly hold water.

maybe, but if 32-year old player get injured you can forget him

vječna dilema, da li je bolje zabiti koš više ili primiti koš manje?

Not necessarily -- it depends on the length.

Plus, the more important reason behind player deterioration both here and in HT is gameplay, not realism.

agree. it's why having players with same skills on age 32-33 is not good for this game in long term

well don't forget to a falling stamina on HT and the point that you have to increase stamina-share there (another "great" implementation which holds down continusely an training of a new teams which have to play a pressing)

I know what you mean about holding water, but I wanted to say that the technical skills aren't falling in real so early, player doesn't lose his brain in 32y, maybe only speed of reactions or physical abilities.. however I wanted to say that it is not that simple as losing a skills if you are older - it depends on the kind of skills and in fact boosting of this player by XP, while the levels of XP have NOT a linear affect (in real)

I agree with Iordanou, also because many players can compensate their declining phisycal skills with experience.

Taking an example from football, Maldini still plays at 40 years and it's still an hard defender to beat, even though he plays half the matches.

On economic changes: I believe that if the problem is an excess of money, there are plenty of ways to pour money out.
This changes are a bit harsh and may be counterproductive, but the worst part is how fast they are going to take effect.

Can we hope to have news some more time in advance so one can plan his moves accordingly?

U20 i also could think about an U19 ;)

The u21 was pretty similiar to the a nationalteams in some nations.

And there is an other question, is it possible for an player to paly in both national teams? I would prefer a solution, where teams who are in both teams and the main Coach could made him avaible for the U20/21 team, or block him for his own team. So you don't have to fire and renominate that player if he should play in the other team.

Good question. I don't think it should be a problem to play for both NT's if the player is that talented, and as the NT games are played in a Arcade enviroment things like injuries and training minutes aren't a problem either. But I think their should be a limit to the number of games a U20/21 player could play in the A selection before he is "banned" from the "U"-team and can only play for the "A"-team...
