He gets the final say & nothing we can do about it no matter if we say "please" or "do it now bitch" but some discussion about his decisions is healthy.

To a point. But if you choose to follow the more aggressive line of presentation, then all you do is make your own opinion less likely to be considered... regardless of what you have to say.

All i know is, i have made the commitment to train an elite NT player.

That of course means i will be carrying 175k plus in salary next year.

However, we get 7 managers to make the same commitment...maybe be can kick some behind in a season or two.

Going cheap is not going to get us anywhere.

Malice has yet again interjected a conversation between two men with the assumptions that the person I am talking to is as incapable of understanding my intent as he is...its really annoying. As I always say, if I actually offended you, you can tell me and I will definitely appologize!!

Eita will get there some day but I have done a lot of OD & PA & 1 on 1 this season so he is a better player but his salary wont change much. Now some more ID & RE for the last few weeks.

I have also trained Kawagichi most of the season even though he is capped, he only got 1 pop in DR but has better sublevels in OD, PA, JS, HA & IS. Will benefit the NT as well but a silly thing to do for my team.
