Great post. I even balled you...(That sounds Yucky) The lowest fouling team in the ASL was 11.7 PF per game, the most was 18.6 PF per game. I agree, that gap is too big.
My suggestion is to reduce the gap (not in each game but in average) between the less agressive and the most agressive teams by increasing the agressivity of the less agressive players. For example if agressivity is a skill from 0 to 10, 10 is very agressive, all the players under 3 should be set to 3, and all the future draftees should be between 3 and 10 (for example). Like that we don't have to change the GE.
Another great point(all players under 3 should be set to 3) but how about dropping the 10s to 7 or 8? There really shouldn't be any 10s. I remember drafting a MVP like in season 14 or 15(somewhere around there) and he was impossible to train or even play. I sold him to some newbie who didn't notice the foul outs in less than 30 minutes.
