Are you sure HCA is turned off?

Despite the games played at a neutral arena, the teams on the right seem to win a lot more than the teams on the left. That said though, I am only going off this years and last years final and semis

Blocking perimeter jump shot is notoriously harder than blocking inside shots. Therefore, I don't see how having a shot blocker on the perimeter should help your OD ratings at all.


Does this response have anything to do with the actual game mechanics at all or is it completely from your own opinion?

this seems different for me... my number 1 and 2 shotblockers (averaging 1.7 and 1.2 per game) are shooting guards...

On the BB3 semis i think it said that it was on neutral.. on the domestic cups it didnt have the same notification although from the settings the game effort box only allowed for PO Normal or PO Crunch time (although i guess that doesnt prove if HCA was effective.

Yeah it just seems weird as Springfield were champions last season and they were also on the right. Fair play to jbmcrock though
