I will keep in touch with you. Found time in the afternoon so scouting will start today. First I will update the lists from previous seasons on the offsite and then move on and hopefully find some hidden gems.

P.S. Here is an idea. Should we really wait until 21st or should we just get Kumiko's U21 rating to very low level and replace her faster? (not sure how this mechanism works)

Even if there is a formal removal process like that, we'd be helpless in coordinating well enough/getting enough people to get Kumiko dethroned. Best chance at that is having someone with some clout message an admin and seeing if neglect qualifies as an extreme circumstance? It definitely should.

Congratulation on your win - I could help in whatever capacity if needed.

Well, yesterday I found all Canadian players with 8+ potential, over 70k salary and between ages of 22 and 33. Today and tommorow I will be checking their skills so not much help needed here. By friday I will have the shortlist on an offsite. This is the first and most important task. After that I will be making suggestions about training for players having potential to be NT so might need help here. Also it would be awesome if someone could do writeups for the games.

I will also create pregame topics on the bb forum (won't express my thoughts there) and offsite. We will see if people are willing to participate

Okay, here is the plan for the upcoming weeks:

1. Compile a list of 22+ year old, high potential Canadian players playing abroad DONE
2. Scout international players DONE
3. Compile a list of 22+ year old, high potential Canadian players playing in Canada DONE
4. Scout local players DONE
5. Upload the list to offsite forum
6. Make training plans for most promising prospects and contact their managers
7. Choose a roster before financial update
8. If time allows and situation with U21 manager is not resolved, scout 18-20 year olds
9. Win the first game
10. Start creating game threads and find other ways to get community involved.

Ok, to be honest we might have just two good seasons in front of us (if all 33 year old guards dont drop in skills), and after that its 5-6 season transition period during which thanks to some inexcusable lack of training (prospects two seasons ago looked absolutely amazing) we might as well be grabbing guys from the street and suit them up, results will still be the same.

It is on entire community to make sure that such situation doesnt last any longer. So if you have a MVP+ 18-24 year old Canadian player I absolutely beg you to do your best and train him as much as you can. Also, let me know beforehand if you are selling such player and I will try to find someone that won't waste him after buying.

Would be a huge help if someone picked up Collin BTW.

P.S. Beanerz, I am going to hunt you down if you stop training Spadaro and Kaimakis before they turn 30.......:D

I'm in that group of 18-24 MVP! Saw my player on the offsite, hopefully I can start training some juicy skills after I get close to 20 OD this season!
