when i look at the players i scouted twice (7 players), the grade rating is exactly the same as the star rating. 5 stars = A, 4 stars = B, 3 stars = C, 2 stars = D. the grad rating only differs with the plusminus given to the letter. so, in my case, the grades do not give new ratings, but they confirm all the star ratings.
i would pick the first. BB is very weird with its ratings. i have a proficient inside scorer who only gets about 13 points per game. plus from a scouts perspective if the player has that good of ratings then 1 game doesn't tell the whole story. of the information we have it seems that the star/grade/potential ratings are the sure information whereas the game info is more of a gamble to rely on.
Oh, and I agree with the guy that said the level of the draftees seems to be higher.I scouted 34 players. 14 5 stars and 9 4 stars.Seems like a lot.
