stop training JS for now, and focus on OD, one on One, JR and some Passing.

I'd say, train OD up to sensational first, then one on one until both Driving and Handling are proficient. Then Jump Range up to Sensational, and then Passing up to strong.

crap, my best trainee got injury right before most important game of a season. Will he still receive training? He got over 48 minutes.

He will still get training as long as he played a training position.
