There's a link at the top of the database that says "Add a player", you should then be able to manually add them.

As for the automatic updating, that's a feature the USA has to update certain players' stats (depending on age and salary), but it appears to not be functional for NZ players, no big deal.

For an 18 year old, and with good training, he could be really good. But yeah I would get him some 1 on 1 and passing training soon.

Have you guys heard of Def? Try some pressure training, it'll help you win games as well. The worst Outside Def my guards have is Respectable and I'm sure any NT player will need better than that!

Escath your second guy is pretty good, just needs some passing and driving. Passing training will get pops in both of those ;)

Sach and Escath, absolutely need a lot of Pressure training. Shooting stats are no use if your guy is giving up points on defense on every possession.

Wouldn't I want to train inside defense rather than pressure for the first guy? I just assumed since pressure can only be trained by the guards and SF that it's more for outside def.

For the rest of the season I can only train Free Throws and Stamina cause I only have 2 games a week till next season now.

True, or else you can train one-position training if you have 2 young guys you'd like to get trained faster.
