I've noticed a few times that I get the error that it didn't update but when I look at the site, it has the training record updated already. I wonder if there might be something somewhere that's creating a false positive error message or some such?

Be careful with this. The plug-in is designed to give an error is *anything* fails. Since the training itself and each pop are sent separately, it's possible it's recording the training info, but missing one of the pops. Best bet is to just keep trying until you get the success message.

Gotcha. Yeah, you need our piece of code in either case, but in FF you have to install the greasemonkey add-on first; in chrome, our code can be used as is.

I haven't been able to see my last two weeks of training on the training history page. I click on the "send to BB training" button, and it says it was sent, but it doesn't show up. My first 10 weeks are there.

Have you updated the latest script? That has been my mistake, afterwards it worked perfectly right again.

On the main screen point number 2 is entitled Get the GreaseMonkey script. On the last line of that paragraph click on the word "here" to download the latest version.
