Good job, however I prefer more readable tables:

U6 L4 OD/ID Position
#1. Shidehara 61 19 23 PG/SG only
#2. Murata 50 32 18 PG/SG/SF
#3. Matsuyama 50 27 24 PG/SG/SF
#4. Okanaya 38 37 15 PF/C
#5. Haga 45 23 17 SG/SF
#6. Nishimura 27 37 15 PF/C
#7. Nakata 22 43 14 C
#8. Kumatani 44 23 16 SF
#9. Jialian 47 20 17 SG/SF
#10. Kuwabara 51 13 14 SG
#11. Kido 53 15 16 SG
#12. Funabashi 26 26 9 C

High Defence (OD/ID)and your player will get playing time...Plain and simple.
Low passing or handles(inept or lower) and your player will not be able to play PG/SG.
Low Rebounding or ID and there is no way your player will be able to play SF/PF/C

I really like Matsuyama...77 TSP and 24 of those are OD/ID
I also like Murata...82 TSP. He has the highest passing/3rd highest IS on the team and nothing lower than average.
Well....Here is the key to making your U-21 coach happy....Good GS, Defence training is always welcome. If your player is either top heavy or bottom heavy, you could use the offseason for some cross training. I also will be adding 4 new spots for next season.
BTW. If anybody wants to help...there are two young U-21 players in the bin as we speak...Buy them, train them and be a part of the solution to make Japan a powerhouse.

Great work YC & really interesting. I am amazed that the Shinkansen has by far the best top 6, he hasn't even had much 1 on 1 until now which really boosts the TSP. One criticism of him, I don't think he is much good as a SG although he will help he flow.

BBKing how did you do that? It looks great.

Shin Shidehara ↑popped↑ in Handling from prolific to sensational .
Shin Shidehara ↑popped↑ in Inside Shot from mediocre to average

There is 2 more today!!!

I wrote it in notepad (to adjust columns by using tabulator key) and then copied and pasted it here.

Well...It was not a good training update for the U-20's. I had some pops with the remaining 21's but the youngsters just didn't pop like I was hoping......EXCEPT The Shinkansen....wow..2 more pops this week and Mr. Nishimura...too bad no body bought him...he popped right off the bat......The chart has been updated...I will do some scouting on Sunday(I have a long train ride) and choose my starters for Monday...and all starters will be U-20.

        	U6	L4	OD/ID	Position
#1. Shidehara 62 20 23 PG/SG only
#2. Murata 50 32 18 PG/SG/SF
#3. Matsuyama 50 27 24 PG/SG/SF
#4. Okanaya 38 37 15 PF/C
#5. Haga 45 23 17 SG/SF
#6. Nishimura 27 38 15 PF/C
#7. Nakata 22 43 14 C
#8. Kumatani 44 23 16 SF
#9. Jialian 47 20 17 SG/SF
#10. Kuwabara 51 13 14 SG
#11. Kido 53 15 16 SG
#12. Funabashi 26 26 9 C

Great work on the update & the table does look great now, got to thank BBKing for that. The funny thing was there were so many great players for sale I just couldn't decide who. In the end I think I will wait & see what my draft pick is like, nothing like training your own 18 year old.
