Congrast on winning the game and league!

Good luck in D2, well it seems you have enought money to make a serious run at the NBBA again.

Well, Season 50 is officially over!!!

Thank you all for playing, even if it was a bit of anticlimatic season since we knew who was going to win it pretty much from week one....lol

Well, this is the time to reflect on the positives of this postseason finals, all things considered, at least I was able to
win some quarters, was not held in single digits in any quarter and I didn't get blown out by 25 + points, so I think my squad did better that may be expected.

In the end, a loss is a loss, but this could have been a humiliating trashing, and that makes a loss even worse....lol

Congratulations to LA on their championship.

While they were one of the favorites since the beginning of the season, I disagree that everyone knew they would win it all since week one. Disagree with that statement? Go back and look at the postings from the start of the season. Early chatter was all about how tough Blue is.

Where LA became the undisputed favorite to win it all was approx week 3 when they picked up the beast that is Hortua.
He went on to a MVP season, and created huge matchup problems for everyone. I know my team had no answer for him.

With the title won, at least other league members now know how he can afford team payroll - sitting on a ton of cash.

Now, as for the rest of us, we will just have to wait to see who comes down from D.2, who comes up from D.4, and who makes a move towards capturing the title next season. Good luck to all.

Wow, I guess you don't get sarcasm much...lol

First, the team we thought we would have the biggest problem was your team, until LA went shopping.

In the previous season, we had a team with +350k in salaries and won, then your team and LA were over $400k in salaries, but L.A. overspends you by +40k
What are the chances of us getting two seasons in a row with multiple teams spending that much money?

I don't worry about whether teams that are coming up for going down into our league have a ton of cash, if they have a ton of money they shouldn't be coming down, if they have a ton of money going up, oh well, I can't worry about what I can't control, plus there is the situation we still have a team spending over +400k in salaries.

I checked as of this moment no other team is spending that type of money, so this season should be yours to win unless something changes between now and the finals.

Or perhaps someone's efforts at sarcasm needs a bit more work?
LOL. Considered that possibility?

😁

Good luck this upcoming season in blue. Maybe our teams might meet up in the finals. Who knows?

I got it!

Good luck to you as well, but i doubt I we will meet.

I'm not making a run at the finals, my priority going elsewhere.
