we do not know how much training speed would be increased or improved his match leading by trainer 6 or 7 lv and it does not change my point that actually trainers specialities implemented like this are useless.

We don't know how much indeed, just like we don't know anything about the impact of the specialities and the new levels, how can you call them useless then?

Maybe the lvl 7 trainers will save 4 weeks of training in a season to get from X to Y, maybe the speciality will save another 2 because the stamina won't drop that much, so there's no need to train 2 weeks of ST. Maybe the PR with speciality CI will boost your ratings that much, which makes you win way more matches, maybe the massage doctor will make sure that your players stay in the best GS for your playoff final match, which makes the small difference between winning and losing.

I hate it when people always approach the unknown in a negative way. Why can't you just wait untill you know all the effects and then post your thought about the changes? Right now these opinions are just solely based on air imo.

Maybe there indeed should have been some female doctors, so that less people would have been scared for the changes

i did not say anything about pr and doctor because i think their specialities are fine and usefull, dont input me something that i didn't say. ok, let say that you have some point about stamina (in my opinion still not enough to be implemented as speciality) and we will not see if the training speed is increased or not at least for one whole season, even if it is increased it does have nothing with trainer speciality, it has with his level.

Too many "maybe"s for me. May be you like this uncertainty?
Maybe this was thought of to act in another way than it has?
Maybe it all will turn into a normal situation later?

- or just a little like The Doris Day Method ...

im not happy with this new system. its more work and you have to be more online. the old system was not perfect but better. and i think that for new managers it would be harder than now - and this means, that more new managers will quit play this game..
sorry for my english

No, it's very doubtful that the new staff system will cause mass numbers of users to quit.

Will there be plans to have staff (or at least the specialities) scoutable.

We can always see the player stats of our opponents but if someone has PR guy with a skill it would be nice to scout and know so that we can if we chose to adjust our tactics / effort for the game.

Salary raise:

Doctor (level 3): 1,5%
Trainer (level 5): 2%
PR-Manager (level 5): 2%

Does anyone else have some data?

Augustin Ivic
Doctor
Skill Level: 4
Specialty: None
Last week's salary: $ 14 413
Next week's salary: $ 14 665

Grgur Vlatkovic
Trainer
Skill Level: 5
Specialty: None
Last week's salary: $ 23 274
Next week's salary: $ 23 739

Tihomir Rapan
PR-Manager
Skill Level: 5
Specialty: None
Last week's salary: $ 16 582
Next week's salary: $ 16 913

So it looks like around $10000 salary rise per season, for me that looks ok, it's not too much and in this way conclusion would be that 3 staff members per two season is normal tempo.

It is not so important how high can someone jump, more important is who is the last one standing

Ok, first guess:

Salary increase:

All level 1's: 1%/week
All level 2's: 1,25%/week
All level 3's: 1,5%/week
All level 4's: 1,75%/week
All level 5's: 2%/week
All level 6's: 2,25%/week
All level 7's: 2,5%/week

This is just a first guess based on only 6 staff members, so if anyone want to share any additional information, please do so!
