I undestrand the difficulties but no one asked a develompent every 15 days. The decision to promise it was by the staff and maybe it was a little too ambitious. Even when you new developers will be completely operating it seems to be a hard goal to reach.
But a price resizing is not something that can be given as a "development". It's a good thing, I suggested it myself, but it didn't need a development team and could have been done even before.
It is standard agile development practice releasing every two weeks. It can be minor features or bug fixes or major features that have been worked and tested across several two week periods (called sprints).
You can see the changes in the supporter page and the internal payment procedures which you don't see, but are critical, now depend on your country, so development was needed for this change. Which is. without any doubt, a major change for buzzerbeater.
