I've eliminated Sonics so it's my reward, I can play against the (theoric) weakest team of the 4 ... weakest but in BBBL every team can beat everybody

Congratulation Sum

It's very difficult to keep my "perfect run" in league and in the same time to win the cup
But I really didn't think that you could defeat me without Machado
I was too confident and I think that finally the "switch" of my C cost me this game

Good luck to the last 4 teams ;-)

Damn.....
What to do ?
This week it's against SSS and Vottem.
SSS wants a perfect ride in the league and Vottem wants to win the cup.
I want to get over the suns for the play-offs...but the final in the cup is so near....
All of this while we feel the hot breath of les popotams in our backs.

Choises,...choises....
BBBL is really very interesting indeed.

as you say, winning the championship is harder then winning the cup.

This goes even more for the underdog... so I would know what to go for if I where in his shoes.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

yes, that's 2 diffrences between me and you.

1: I haven't calculated the amount of money I would get when choosing for cup or league, I would just go for the trophy and forget about the money.

2: If I want to win a trophy, it would have to be with my own team, not with an interim player I buy for 2 or 3 weeks. The latter is called: buying your tittle. It would give me no satisfaction, but that's everyone's own choice ofcourse.

Overall the big difference between us it the money issue. I guess that over a longer time, you'd end beating me, if we both would go for trying to get the best possible team. But then again, if it where so, I wouldn't be training a youth and be in div II either. ;)

So the question is... is he more like you... or more like me... if money is his absolute priority, he might choose to drop the cup, but if money is secundary to title, he definatly will go for the cup, as it 'only' is 2 more wins, while the BBBL championship is prety impossible in his situation now.

I have to disagree with this one thing in your previous post:
at the end, we don't remember with wich players we have won, but only the fact that we have won

I do remember which players won my BBBL title.
I do remember most of the players which gave me the cups

if I will be looking back at any time in the future, at the teams givnig me those titles, I will have a lot of memories about those players. I won't be thinking: heh?!? that SG I had there in that finals I won, where did he come from, I can't recall him...

To me that's important, to others it might not be. In the end, yes, what you see each day is the trophy on your shelf.
