It still has been the case white and this depends on communities, not on BBs
(furthermore, I began in season 4 and also wasted my 2 first seasons because I didn't train well.
Well, that was my fault and it was after that whether i tried to imply myself on french community and help trainers. Time is needed to improve things, errors too if you can learn from them)

Personnally, I don't think that things have not changed. Levels in D2, D3, D4 have really improved in France because good trainers have replaced those that are less good.


However the fact is that it is very low.

And the aim of the new GE was also to oblige managers training players with multicaracs.

You can't simply expect that everything will be alright just by taking care of that problem and letting down the one of market, since good training is the deepest to deal with, and the slowest to see changes within.


That as if you had to decide between taking care of cancer or plague but not both :p

The problem is that there are a lot more posts in the help forum that don't help than the post that do help. and for new users they don't know the difference from the good post from the bad posts.

The rules/game manual section give some criteria to check if a user give or bad suggestion
If a newbie asks how to defend from an outside attack,and a user suggest that the best defence is a 2-3,the newbie could easily control by the rules if the user gives him an help,or says him a stupid thing

That is why there is also a ball ratings system. Good helpful posts attract 5 balls whereas those that are not get 1 ball.

There are already guides out there if people are wiling to spend time looking for it. Also if you want to train properly, you can also contact your National and U21 manager for advice on how best to train your players.

Also bare in mind that training is only one aspect to the game. Having a good training regime doesn't necessarily make you a successful team. In fact it might even hinder you as you play young, inexperienced and weaker players in games to give them training minutes instead of playing better players to try win.

The transfer market is good for its purposes and doesn't need fixed. If any changes need to be made, players need to have a restriction that once they are bought they can not be placed on the transfer market for at least 30 days.

perhaps there should be a small risk of a gameshapedrop for the listed player because he doesnt want to leave and has to look for a new house and school for his children... and/or a small risk of enthusiasmdrop for the team cause they fear that the starplayers are sold for making money or they dont want to be the next ;-)

so u have to think twice to list a player (to high) cause if he stays probably u dont have the money and a gameschape/enthusiasm drop.

on the other hand, if the team thinks that u have purchased a real impactplayer there could be a small raise in enthusiasm.

Hi all,

I just had the idea about changing/loaning players, I don't know if somebody wrote it on the forums or not.


I use to notice a good player in another teams but they aren't on transfer list. It would be a great feature if I could contact with the other manager and make a deal about changing/loaning players just like in real teams.

It would strengthen the interactions between managers all around the world.

What is your opinion?Can it be a useful function?

it would make cheating quite easily when transfers could be arranged without the "control media" of the transferlist.

With loaning the problems even got bigger, because of the training so if you are loaning a player and train him the team who owns the player makes money in double way.

PS: Don't look at player stats to much, they heavily depend on the team they are playing and playing against, so such offers without knowledge of the skills of the players are just blind guesses.

Thanks Crazy-Eye you are right, it would be an easy way of cheating, indeed.

It's a pity since it could be a nice feature :(

to fix the problem of the ridiculous prices players on the transfer list, we need to educate a lot more managers on how to train properly and create better players. Overtime there will be more managers selling better players on the market and with more good players on the market the players will not be as highly priced as there will be more to pick from.

the only problem we face is how to educate so many managers on how to train good young players correctly and we will not feel the effects for at least 4 or 5 seasons until good players start turning over.

I think it's not only a manager problem but also a training system problem. You can't indivdualise training. So you can maximize only 1 player to reach the better potentiel even if you train 2 players with the same position because they won't up at the same time.

That's also why you don't see that many good AS in TL because you have to train outside and inside skill but how to do so if you have another SG or PG in your youth squad ?

Training System is too limited i thinnk it would be good to have more flexibility maybe allowing 2 players (not moreotherwise you can too easily train your all squad) to follow different program this way you don't have unfinished trainee

A player goes on whats called just say a ''watching list'' for 2 days, People can then press a button that lets you know the people that are interested in that player. For example: 8 People are watching this player. Then on the 3rd day, that specific player goes up for sale for $1000 dollars (you guys could probably think of a better way of how much the player is put up for) Then for this 3rd day that player can ONLY be bid on by the people who have said they are interested in that player..... That way you might not have as big of a bidding war with people around the world if they haven't seen this specific player on the ''Watching List'' for the 2 days he was up for.

What do you guys think?

Why is it more fair and more fun like this?
I like the current transfer list system. Anyone can bid on any player for any amount they want at any time (excluding cheaters).
