I don't agree sorry. I understand why you think that only the leader should be able to see the stats, but I think it makes the suggestion a lot less fun. I think it is vital to be able to see the stats of all the players selected to be on the team so that the teams involved in the alliance can comment on what tactics to play etc. If I join an alliance and the only thing I can see is my guy's stats and I can't comment on what tactics to play because I can't see other players stats, then there is no real point. Everyone would just want to be the leader.

Make it a 10 team limit with only 1 player per team allowed to be dressed for the match. This way no-one team dominates and everyone in the alliance feels like they are contributing to the success/failure of the team.

Great Idea!

I don't think Alliance All-Star private league games need to replace regular Private League games. They can be mutually exclusive.

From what I understand:

Monday - U21 games
Tuesday - NT games / League games
Wedneday - Nothing(?)
Thursday - Scrimmage / Cup games
Friday - Private League games
Saturday - League Games
Sunday - Nothing(?)

So we could have the alliance games run either Wednesday or Sunday. I would prefer wednesday because it makes my working week go faster when I have BB games to look forward to :)

And alliance games would work similar to private league - injuries, minutes, etc have no effect on players (i.e. arcade mode), but players current gameshape counts towards the teams performance.

That is true and I agree on this bit. You will only form an alliance with people you trust rather than teaming up with any random to get strength.

good suggestion but maybe not restricted to 1 player nomination per member because basically means that you will need to have 10 members so the alliance can compete with full strength (benchers aswell). maybe 2 nominations per member so that our minimum requirement of an alliance is 4 to 10 members.

totally agree with your point Naker. i could understand bikkering & fighting over who makes the team & what not, but ultimately the selected leader of the alliance should get the final say. If a player isnt happy then they would be more than welcome to leave the alliance.

due to teams already playing each other in Private League games means it gives the Alliance Leader an edge that other Alliance members dont have. Because the leader can see the stats of other Private League team star players.

that is an AWESOME idea!! Either a 1 or 2 player limit would be fair for everyone in the PL All Star Team. It will showcase the skill set available for a particular Private League.

This encourages everyone in a particular private league alliance to train players up well & in line with what everyone else in teh Alliance is doing.

I think a 2 player limit is better. So make it that you can have 5 to 8 teams. I feel the alliances should be a close community sort of group, and once you start going more than 8 it starts getting big. Also 8 is the number of teams in a conference.

I feel that having 2 players from each team is better because if you only have 1 player then you are somewhat attached to the progress of the alliance, but if you have 2 players you are more likely to watch as you are more involved.
