if you want good GS than 12 is max or what you can do, but i wont advice that is make a roster of 15 with all positions filled with 3 players

3 games a week, 3 new startup lines and no back ups. just put 5 players in....
gives them 48 minutes and GS will be okay

otherwise, just 11-12 will do
