I can tell you that Hampsas is a very balanced PG. His OD, HA and PA are all at the same level and his top skills and they have always been. So he is not like the players you mentioned:) But I know what you mean.
But well, I'm still glad I got a level 6 trainer now. Since i want to build SFs, which will take me a looong time I'm sure he will help me:)

if you want, you can try to do some statistic regarding training with the new lvl 6 trainer, and it will be easy to find out if this coach is better than others,or he don't worth the money :)

But I would have to be able to compare it with the results of someone who has a level 4 trainer and trains the same skills I do with comparable players. If you say he will be about 0.06% faster, how long would it take me to have adequate results, and how could I measure the sub-skills? I don't want to bother myself with figuring that out:)
Don't get me wrong, I still think he is worth it. I just think it is still possible to create a U21 player with a level 4 trainer (for example with a player who has an ideal hight and really good starting skills).

It would also depend on what country the player is from and what starting skills he has. For smaller countries level 4 trainer with 1 position training could be enough while for larger countries it my be a lot more competitive so a better trainer is needed.
