If I understand well, it would require everyone to be here to make his choices.

I actually thought he meant we could watch live the draft being picks through timely matter rather than user selects them at the spot. Yeah drafting players live with user control would be exactly like directly controlling the coach to call timeouts, bench players, etc. It won't happen simply because BB won't do something where presenting yourself during the action would give you more advantage just like in the game

How does it not provide an advantage if you are able to see the draft as it happens and then change your mind last minute on who you pick. Its the ability to react to the players already picked that gives you an advantage.

Besides, most of the picks end up being fired within a week or 2 anyway. Is it really worth developing something thats really only going to enhance the experience of teams that have a top 10 pick?

I think that it would work as long as you actually set your order, (which you do anyway.) and if you have time, you could watch the draft.

If you set your draft order correctly beforehand, I don't see why you need to change your mind.

Yes... I'm sure a lot of teams who log on to BB fairly often would be interested in seeing more action in the offseason, and the draft is the biggest non-season event. Even if I had a crappy pick and no scouting info, I'd like to see it live.

I see contradiction here. If there is nothing to do, where is the interest and if there is action, there is disavantages ?

before a while there was an suggestion, to split the three draft rounds and give the user some day to react to the first round. And i liked the idea, even when u often will stay with your initial choiche. But you also have often player who are the same quality, and maybe when you get in round one a good C, who u like to train you maybe tend more to get another C in the second round and use the position as a tie breaker in this close decisions.

Has anyone ever outside of a 95% bot league or Barbados actually trained a 3rd round draft pick?

Part of the problem (as I see it) would be co-ordinating it globally. Logistically, it's not something that could simply occur at the same time. Even within the one country, time-zones can be a complete nightmare, and that's not taking people's personal schedules into account either.
Should there be an inbuilt advantage to the game for someone who is single and unemployed (ie. fewer responsibilities and a flexible schedule)? Hell no.

I think the current system is as about as equitable and simple as you can get.
