For $350K you would be able to get a super amazing PG as long as you don't mind him not being a great scorer. Look out for someone with a salary of $10,000+. However you need to know what you will be training as PG is probably the one position where most players spend time training so if you are getting an older PG be 100% certain you are training big guys.
A different option is to get a badly trained PG and fix him up. You can find lots of guys around age 20 on the TL very cheap beacuse they are very badly trained. Maybe they have passing, jump shot, driving and handling up to sensational, average OD and only inept JR. This is a great player for a new team because he will sell very cheaply. Just one season concentrating 100% on OD and JR and you will have a dominant PG for your division. In two seasons you can have a $40,000 PG worth $1,000,000!
