We have a farm even if highest salary in our NT is 235k. The farm could be usefull even for not so high salaries as well.

The problem is that his team is just him. He won't be competitive and his only purpose during the last season was training him and keeping him in good shape for the u21.

I think the only reason he couldn't afford him was because his salary jumped 100k and he didn't have any training (I think) and he had to sell him, unfortunately for us. Also, we didn't have a farm team that could keep him in good game shape, that's one of the reasons I think it's unfair for farm teams to be able to exist.

The main question is :

Why there are managers willing to not compete and just form 1 player for the NT ?
Are those managers real or juste fake accounts used to help NT teams ?

I'm a little bit suspicious because how managers can find fun by basically not playing this game ?

Some of them could be fake accounts, but many of them not.
Usually when I as NT-manager find out that some manager think of leaving BB due to any reason (e.g. not having enough time, be bored by managing the team, fell not having any other challange as a team) I asked them to continue as a farm team for NT purpose which takes them few minutes per week. Some of these managers agree, especially these which trained some players for NT before, some of them refuse and leave the game. Some of them finally leave the game even if they agreed as they are not able to log enough to be a good farm. Some of them plays as farm for some time and later if they have more time they start to build competitive team again.

And I think myself to continue here just as NT manager and NT farm as I won every trophy in club competitions. But I think even if my main goal at the moment is training for NT it's better to do it as best czech team and not like a classic farm team.

Well, so let's ban team because someone thinks they are nto real accounts without any proof and have the audacity to accuse them on forum. Great. Or let's just ban whole China because they are too many.
