No, you cannot train 2 skills in a week. You can only train 1 skill in a week.

So say you set your training as JS (for wingmen)on Monday and on Tuesday's league game, you play him as a SF and get him 48 minutes as a SF. Then on Wednesday you change the training to JR (one position at SG) and on Thursday's scrimmage game, you play him as a SG and get him 48 minutes as a SG.
In this case, the skill that will be trained will be the JR because that was the skill which was set before the training update. So despite the fact that you've played him as a SF when the training was set for JS for wingmen, because you have changed to the training to JR, the only skill that will be trained will be the JR, not JS.

No, I think you still haven't got this.

In simple explanation, as long as you give him 48 minutes at the specified place, he will get the full training. Even if he happened to play for 100 minutes at the specified position, he'll not receive more training. 48 minutes is the maximum and playing him at that position for more minutes will not give him more training.

You can only train 1 skill per week. You cannot train OD and IS, for example. You can only train either OD or IS.

No, cup games do not count for your record, only your league games do. You pay player salaries and staff on the financial update every monday morning. But if you win your cup games, you earn money, for example your first cup win is $50,000 and it goes higher after every cup win.

cup games don't count towards your record. However, Cup games, as well as scrimmages, allow you to get training minutes for your players.

Player salaries are paid each Monday morning.

yes if you have sam win-lose record than place is decided by point difference, and if point difference is same by points scored.
