Your roster will be fine. Your match ratings suggest this and as soon as you go 22-0 you'll also know this

Arena is the way to go.

Well in all honesty it depends on what DIII you fall into. I feel I'm in probably the toughest DIII around. I have more than enough quality players and even then I'm sitting at an 0-5 record atm. Most games were lost by close single digit. Overall, all teams in my league are pretty even and every game is just too close to call. So, in the end truth is it all just depends where you fall.

Yes, some D.IIIs are much weaker than others. The speed with which a team promotes certainly relates to the hardiness of the divisions they were placed in.

As to your second point, I would like to point you to D.III.1. I would love to be in D.III.12.

I don't know about that. Looking at our leagues overall and a few of the other D.IIIs, III.12 looks to be the most balanced league out there, and therefore the toughest *for any team in it*. It's another way of looking at things at least.

III.10 is for the ladies. Destination Numero Uno for all USA DIV teams. The step children of USA III. We have a standing agreement that noone has a payroll over 150k. We don't keep score. There are no winners or losers and everybody gets a trophy at the pizza party at the end of the year.

It's true. He invited me to one of his year end pizza parties. Grape kool aid for all! And 54th the recommendation of investing in your stadium. But remember not all 10k stadiums are built the same. One that is all bleachers will not produce the same capital that one with a strong amount of courtside and lower tier seating will. If you want a good revenue producing stadium you can't do it on the cheap. Build up you expensive seats too.
