I knew this would happen sooner or later so i switched him with the other lvl10-trainer a few weeks ago.

Last trainer that dropped from 9 to 8, (highest trainer at that time ) were all at the same time as well. So at that time i already figured they would decline at the same rate as the other ones. It would be more interesting if you can figure out if someone rehired a new coach right after the decline of the current trainer. And see if they drop at the same rate as the level x trainer you had before. So you know if they drop at a fixed rate.

For Example:
You got a level 10. After 2 months he drops to 9. Hire a new trainer the same week. Or you could just wait for another trainer of the same level and compare.
If he drops in about 2months, you can probably say that the decline is fixed.

You can do this for every level if someone is willing to use lower levels of Trainers. Maybe the lower divisions can fill the list up.

Just an idea.

Well, this is actually not necessarily true. The BBs already said that the drop on the staff levels are completely random. Therefore if you have a level 10 there is no point on switching to another level 10 because it is impossible to predict who will drop first.

Anyway, this system has been criticized pretty much since the start of BB, and the BBs promissed to completely re-do it, so we are still waiting...
