I've just tried purchasing some personnel, found a good PR, and it wouldn't let me bid on him, although the auction was open. A window kept popin' with the message that the adress was not available (that happened when I pressed the bidding button). For the moment I am playing from my phone, but this never happened before.
Anyway, I lost my chance to buy that dude, now it just shows me who bought him, but there is no more bidding button.
