Nov 8 Game Night Review

1. Coal Miners

Coal Miners have again the best performance as the dust settles. Jet Life were quickly overwhelmed by the force that is the Colver Mines and were held to 6 in the first quarter. Coal Miners' Cristóbal Sacristan Roy takes a backseat to Hammons again . When asked about the recent declined CSR said," I'm taking it easy and waiting to play the Tigers, Stallion, or Eagles. I 'm reserving my strong for when I'm need no decline just knowledge and experience in work."

2. Bollingbrook Tigers

The Tigers had a strong showing at home. Yufa and Jackson scored 24 pts each against a young Playbozzz. Goetzke had a disappointing game today as he exploded for 32 in the first game but barely gets a double-double tonight.

3. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are the Warriors of V.41. They don't play defense but can win games thanks to their guards with "Phenomenal" jump shot ability. They are truly a wonder to play but gameshape will kill them. They will be #1 in the Big 8 until they have to play inter-conference games.

4. Tenn. Stallion

Stallions cut it even as they defeat Ballkiller94 tonight. Gerald Nault averages 25.5 pts this week as he and Stephen Yates lead the Stallion to a 99-79 victory. Murray Ridley had 15 in the win and has said his good-byes to his companions and looks for to the new team and will remember the time he had in V.41.

5. Ballkiller94

Ballkillers lead the Big 8 with 25 victory margin but now drops down on poles. Playing against the Stallion they got their closest in franchise history. They can be a great threat next season to the #1 team if they stay and improve on their young talent. Titus Postma averaged 21 pts and 7 rebs this week.

6. WWIAFTM

The Tube Men come away with a 20 pt victory. Boško Zekovic showed he can play with a great double-double. Kent Slininger was unselfish with 7 assist. They drop the game against Bollingbrook but show they are talented.

7.Macintosh

Three players broke into the 20s as they defeat the Marshalls. They should be in the playoff this season but will see what happens this season. Barkus Komskis has fire power and is not afraid to use it.

8. Marshalls

Marshall Isaías Cereixas tried to hold off Macintosh but were unable. Marshall has only Cereixas and the result is a lose in the oppenent's favor. Marshall is ok but need more quality players.

11/13/11 Week 2 Power Ranking:
Well what a start to the season close league games double OT

1.(1) Coal Miners

The Miners are one of the remaining undefeated team and are favorites to go 22-0 through the Season. They've been consistent at scoring the rock avg.110+ a game. They massacred A young Marshalls' team. The get a bit of a test at home against the "Wacky Pack". CRS has been overshadow so far but has been a great contributor posting double-doubles in all league games so far.

2.(4) Philadelphia Eagles

This team is somewhat a surprise being they do not play any perimeter defense. They are the only young team I've seen to use their start-up money to get great players for less than any team I've see in V.41.Still no Vick, but Desean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin on the wings. Erik Davis is a great PF and should give Cristóbal Sacristan Roy a run for his money in the MVP race and All-star game.

3.(3) Bollingbrook Tigers
After a season of infrequent log-ins the Tiger are disbanding. Matthew Jackson, Yu Yufa, and Fredericus Goetzke have been released and are not likely going to grace a V.41 court. Quique Suárez is still in the roster but will have some offensive power. He is currently avg. 13.7 ppg.

4.(2) Tenn. Stallions

In his departure game, Murray Ridley posted a double-double as the Stallions trample Opelouasa Boyzz 87-32 . Stan Cyr show his potential with 25 pts and 27 boards. Stallions allowed the Opelouasa Boyzz to a FG of 15%.

5.(5) WWIAFTM

A team that has really come into their own. Wacky only lose is to the Tigers and they are now easily second in the Great 8. Boško Zekovic and Kent Slininger have contributed to the offense in a big way.He has really produced lately avg. 17 pts and 14 boards a game. Kent Slininger has also been on fire as he helps opens the middle as he works the perimeter for 16 a game.

6.(8) BallKIllers94

BallKIllers94 have a gobs of potential but the team is in fear of going inactive. The team preformanced nicely in a lose against the Stallion. They give the Flightbrothers a bruising to follow up the lose. The 33 pt game is their 3rd largest victory margin.

7.(N/A) macintosh

Usual the wing man Ifet Rešilbegović has taken a backseat to Mikhail Kochanov. Mikhail Kochanov is their best score and thsi team is young. The probably with young teams are they don't last or do not train to win so they fail. The team can't improve until their is a set training group unless they use the TL.

8.(6) Jet Life

Thomas Kelly come through with a 22 and 14 and Daniel Bladgård drops 18 in a close game against Bollingbrook. The play of their guards have been superb. Canaves does a good job at PG and Bladgård is an excellent SG. Kelly fills up the middle and pulls down board they can be deadly with a manager.

Game of the Week: Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Men vs. Coal Miners @ Colver Mines

WWIAFTM are getting the tough game out the way early. The Coal Miners are the best in the Great 8 and Wacky knows that. They hope the Miners get a big head and let them get ahead early so they can steal one. The match-up to watch in this one has to be Boško Zekovic and Cristóbal Sacristan Roy.

11/21/11 Week 3 Power Rankings
This season has brought a-lot of jump-shooter to V.41. The inside game has not been buffed up all season. Matthew Jackson couldn't get enough of V.41 and begged to join the Coal Miners. CSR finally got tired of this and agreed after the 138 call he got. He had one condition for Matthew to agree to: Never ever, ever, ever, ever call my cell again.

1.(1) Coal Miners

Undefeated and are already at +200 on the season, the Coal Miners are as solid as it gets in V.41. They have blown out everyone that opposed them on their quest to achieve the next level. The Miners won't face a decent team until the 3rd of Dec.

2.(2) Philadelphia Eagles

This team splits it's scoring load in pairs between a ground and air attack.Their favorite combo is Clementino D´aremberg and Andrzej Nasiadka(air attack). If Clementino D´aremberg and Andrzej Nasiadka aren't dail in then, Mickey Bernstein and Erik Davis share the burden. I'd like to see this team make a balanced performance.

3.(4)Tenn. Stallions

Motohiro Tsunoda was said to be injured in his last game after 17 minutes of thrash the High Schoolers. Luckily, Nault picked up were Tsunoda left scoring 27 pts, dishes 6 asissts, and grabbing 6 boards. Stephen is a nice compliment to Nault as he came in and scored 24 pts. in 16mins. Tenn. has acquired Stepas Osovskas and hope to give hime a place to lay his head instead of his mother couch.

4.(8) Jet Life

Jet Life was a huge surprise last week. Jet Life flew by the Wacky Men on the backs of Carlo Comparelli and Thomas Kelly. Jet Life most have some incredible defense to cause 27 TOs without playing a press. They look to take on the vanishing Playboyzz.

5. (5) WWIAFTM

A favorite on mine The Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Men were beaten by Jet Life last week. The team need a refresher course in ball care. The Marshalls won't make it any easier for them as they have a dynamite SG in Isaías Cereixas. Plain and simple he bring down the house and the building next to it.

6.(7) macintosh

Macintosh has improved on the team that step on the court 2 seasons ago. Always a two person team, Macintosh were dependent on Renan Philip and Giuseppe Del Gaudio as they did a nice job on the Bulls, the Tiger's replacement. Macintosh are a thin team I hope Thanksgiving's Day bulks them up or they will be eaten by 2 of their next 3.

7.(8) BallKIllers94

BallKIllers94 are having problems early this season. They had a hard time beating The 0-5 Texas Bucks. Sotos Masourakis is injured and a large chuck of their offense will be displaced or completely lost. Bryant Kelly is still avg. around 18 pts, 6 assists, and 10 rebounds.

8.(N/A) Marshalls

Marshall star Isaías Cereixas is a great guard. The only problem I see is the team is below .500. They are the best of a decaying bottom. Marshall's John Chuck could be a liability at Center against "the Wacky Pack". I can see this team making huge leaps this year.

Game of the Week: Marshalls VS. WWIAFTM @ Al Harrington's Inn

The WWIAFTM show they can't handle the ball. Marshall can take advantage of this with positive play from Isaías Cereixas.
The play of Webster will be under review as his burden is to stop the outside as Boško Zekovic and Gerhard Lauterbach work the inside. This is the game to watch!

11/28/11 Week 4 Power Ranking

Inter-League play begins tomorrow with just Philadelphia Eagles and Coal Miners remaining undefeated. The week has great match-ups with 5 equally ranked teams take on each other. Some will drop and others will rise, so let the games begin!

1,(1) Coal Miners

Coal Miners are exactly on track to win it all they have some small speed bumps left to test but are safe in their Conference. They held the Bulls to a sickly 38 total points. The Miners had a balanced attack that took care on defense and distributed well on offense. The Miners second opponent are the Eagles and Coal Miner's CSR and company have better come to win.

2.(2) Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are the first opponent in the Big 8 to be trouble since Burris Owls and Patty Pollinators where among the teams. The Nine men roster is still able to produce big against any opposition they have faced. The Eagles can prove that they are championship material with a big win over the Coal Miners this week.

3.(3) Tenn. Stallions

The Stallions had a surge of offense in their last game, but it came at a cost. Stephen Yates had a small hip fracture and will be out for 2 weeks. They do not have any big game yet so it not going to hurt their team that bad but time can only till how and what the game engine does.Vinny scored a career and team best 40 pts and Jaime Sena pulverized the boards for 31 rebounds.

4.(4) Jet Life

Jet Life had a thriller last week against Marshall and hope to ride their enthusiasm and HCA(Home-Court-Advantage) to a victory tomorrow against the Stallions. Jet Life has gotten 100% effort out of their lowest paid player while their opponents get the bare minimum out of over budget teams.

5.(6) Macintosh

Macintosh has been like gravity. The team completely loses your interest then like the Sacramento Kings excites you with a streak of wins(currently on a 3 game streak). Mikhail Kochanov has to play extremely good to prevent a runaway game at home against the Eagles. Phillip says he'll try to contain Erik Davis for as long as possible. I think he'll last about 30 secs.

6.(7) Ballkillers

The Ballkillers have luck on their side over all other skill in their game. They first opponent has skills from the "Fun-Dees" to "Euro-Stepping" and big men on his side. Kelly and Postma better get strong quick or they will be in a war-zone. I'm sure they will not be receiving the Purple Heart. They can handle MD Bulls.

7. (N/A) Supernanny

With a victory over Wacky, The Nannies have jump to the ladder instantly. Mindless Behavior(R&B group) did not had this kind of success! Dênis Paradinha is the motor of this young farm team. They burst through the gates and are on fire! They'll get their first really taste of competition against the Stallions this week.

8.(N/A) MD Bulls

They are no Bulls but they are in need of a doctor. This spot has no true owner and I was thinking I should not place a team at all. They are odd but they are sure to get better. Stanley Shipp is young and farm teams are not keep together for long.
They have a Vick that the Eagles might want but not very long though.

Game of the Week: Tenn. Stallion vs. Jet Life @ Hustle Trees Arena

Jet Life has the benefit of profiting off this game. No one is expecting Jet Life to win but they have confidence they can defeat the Stallions. The loser of this game is going to feel the effect of the lose.

Real Game of the Week: Coal Miners vs. Philadelphia Eagles @ Lincoln Financial Court

The team that had no outside presence and the team that has no outside defense go head to head. Thomas Hammons and CSR are commitment to staying perfect and are not going to let a football orientated team defeat them. Coal Miners have been defeated by outside teams in the past. The Eagles have been lucky and stole their only competitive game this season with a luck jumpshooter. This it the game to watch! Even if you don't watch your match you have to w
