Promotion bonus for getting into USA D4 is 200,000.

As for your trainees, I would say they'll need 3 full seasons of training to be good players in D4, and maybe another 4th to be decent players in D3. Still, it's probably worth doing at least soem scouting for the draft, because even if you have the best record in your league, with so many bots you can still get one of your preferred choices.
