To tell the truth, I didn't watch the game, but I just assumed that since it was the preseason and since the lockout ended so recently that some players might be a little rusty. I'm still undecided on which team is better, so I'll decide which is the better team when I get to see how both teams do this season.

I agree Mike Brown's not the best head coach, but he's actually received praise from many executives and coaches for taking those Cleveland teams as far as he did.

After seeing the Heat lose in the Finals, people were more willing to give Brown a pass for those postseason blunders. Considering this Heat team was by far the most help LeBron's ever had, teaming up with Wade and Bosh, compared to any other past Cleveland team he's been on.

Two things I must say about this
1. The lakers played thier players for 30 plus minutes simply for the fact that thier offense is new under mike brown, and need to get used to it .And, kobe iz kobe and he will play all 48 minutes if he wants. so preaseaon dosen't matter. and the clips played harder than the lakers did. And barely won too so jus wait till the regular season. kobe will always compete, abd he did and everyone else didn't. 1 person can't win a game. That y there is a team. they were amazing and NOT terrible! If u are surprised da lakerz played thier stars so long, this must be your first laker preseason game u ever watched

2. The clips will make the playoffs, but not tier division. they are soo overted like the heat were last season, except they won't do notin 4 real. they'll make the first round, then loose. so lakers first, clips next, then GS. The clips will win one game maybe.

Don't be a bandwagon like ppl did miami last year, just stick 2 the best contender.
THE LA LAkerz.

KOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are you talking about? The Lakers played just as hard as the Clips...I WATCHED BOTH GAMES. Just watch Kobe's body language.

As for the rest, I'm not sure why it was directed at me. I just said I think the Lakers will drill the Clips in game 1, then the rest of the season I would suspect that the Clips will get the advantage.

Deandre Jordan is my boy. He's a great guy and he is making a ton of strides but his athleticism definitely helps him out. The Clippers will be a tough team this year, but will they make the Finals? I don't think so. If Jordan improves his game tremendously throughout the season they have as good of a chance as anyone.

I agree that Jordan is a key to their squad, however, they do not have the depth to compete with the contenders. Their starting 5 could arguably hang with anyone in the west, the problem is that their bench, especially bigs, is pretty poor. It will show in the playoffs, which I do think they will make as about a 4 seed!

Let me get this straight. They lose Odom/Brown and they are a fringe playoff team? That is a ridiculous statement...how am I just now seeing this? I HATE the lakers, but as the team is currently constructed they are probably a 3-5/6 seed. Fringe? Hardly.

McRoberts is their 4th best player? Seriously? MWP, Fish, Barnes, etc... All better than McRubbish.
