this is the kind off player i was and have been so many times talking about.

these are the kind off players we need to get trained for the NT.

he isnt perfect, but if well trained, something along the lines Elmacca says, he will be a starter for the NT, I am sure, because hardly anyone with secondaries is coming through at the moment.

yeah you shouldnt worry about him not being "perfect" no rookie ever is.
as we are all saying he is the great "compromise" trainee we have been looking for - great outside skills, ok inside skills to start with. Awesome.

My opinion is that he is an excellent trainee if you (or someone else) can start him on outside training first before switching to inside skills when he's basically otherwise done outside.

id be tempted myself except im losing my stomach to train those newbie 18 year olds ;)

congratulations on a successful draft, Ottway (even at 19) and morris are good prospects.

I would train Ottway as a sf and morris pg or sg, your lucky to have drafted two good players who you can train on the same training schedule, probably best to improve ottways js and od early too.

i agree with Adz. But you are at a point in your career where you can add value to any of your picks to either play and/or sell in the future.
the important thing is you learn how to train them efficiently so you can decide how much training to give them vs league performance and progress.

anyway, well done on starting to expand your arena! A little bit at a time and before you know it, you will be rolling in it :) nice to see you on the forums

Solid forward prospect, not a great U21 prospect because he starts a bit behind, but if someone is willing to take the time he could be a very good player at the club level.

No, he's too difficult to train. He looks quite good, but he's rubbish in EBBL terms, and if trained probably no more than a mid-level II league player.

Eminence, that is the kind of response that stops you being a great u21 manager.

Not everyone can play in the EBBL and using your own imperfect trainee can save a lot of money vs picking up a true top level prospect on the TL, for example my player George Gunn started with skills pretty much exactly(I think he had higher IS) like that and he is well on his way to being a very solid PF in 2-3 more seasons.

I know full well he's not a NT or U21 prospect, but that doesn't mean he's not worth training.
