I'm opposte with you, Troy. Had BEAST luck and got great players. REALLY suck at the draft. Anyways, try and keep Salas and may sell Quigly. Sell the draft picks you don't need. Then, you can get a low salary (7-11k) player for a cheap price next season. Maybe a SF or Guard. You can do that and probably get a 4th or 5th place finish. Stay withen relegation and you can promote in s21. MAy want to win cup games to get $$$.

Ok, in draft, I have a good chance of getting a 6'6 18 PG A+ grade, 5/4

Would I be able to hold onto both him and Salas? or would with how my income is currently, and the Arena size, etc. It be more in my interest to sell him?

First season I got a player in the draft who was decent, so I trained him. Within no time at all he bacame the center piece of my team making everything possible, and I bought in a couple players and trained him up with a few others and sold them. I also got an MVP player (who I should have sold as I failed his training slightly), but if you keep the training on the right track, you can sell him once his salary gets a bit too out of hand (and as an MVP he can become a GREAT player, much more than you could afford when he gets to his higher end)

So for now train him well, and use him in your team. He will get a high wage soon enough that may start to become out of hand, so when he does, it is a good idea to sell him and make the maximum profit, rather than keep him in your team for a few more seasons and sell him for nothing.

You can train up Allstars (Or maybe P. Allstars), for example, to be good enough for your team at its current stage, as you won't get even near to this guys cap before he becomes unmanageable. Although your team will progress as he does to, and be able to afford him more and more, he will still most likely out run your budget, and be too expensive to keep. But you will train the P. Allstar (and a draftee hopefully) alongside him, and you should keep him for your team, as he will be older and harder to sell, and sell the MVP on for lots of $$$

At the end of the day, do what you deem necessary and right. These are just ideas of what I would do in your position.

Hope this is useful!

p.s. The 6'6 PG, you should sell him if you get him, as you are training C's. But if he has some OK inside skills, and alright JS, he can also be a PF, which you can train with your two C's and get this guy to be your PF

EDIT: Although if he did have ok inside skills and ok JS, then he would most likely already be listed as a PF so probably not really a good chance of that, but you never know.

I am the Otherland Champions... I did get that 6'6 5/4 guy (PA potential), and the 4/4 C also (PA potential as well). I got through the TL before my expenses got hit hard, a 16k almost salary PG/SG and am short term, keeping Falcao (since I can't afford a dif guy atm).

I need advice.
Several options are available....
Salas is going well in training, could prob sell and make s-ton.
Quigley and Val jackson are both 6'11 PA potential guys... quigley received a year's worth of training behind Salas, so his salary is a lot more than the 3700 it says realistically.

the 6'6 PG guy is JS 3 JR 7 OD 7 HN 6 DR 6 PA 7 IS 2 ID 5 REB 6 SB 5 and then not important stamina 5 FT 3

This season was going to be like, 1v1 training for Salas a bit. so short term, can train the 6'6 guy still for a little bit. Should I keep and do that... sell off immediately? Sell quigley and focus on Jackson as Salas' backup since he's 2 years younger and quigley will bring $$$

This year I *need* to promote to div IV what would be in my best interest as a team to do so?

well first of all remember that BB is a marathon and not a sprint.so u need to have long term plans.first of all sell franklin.he is a 18 y.o PA so he would fetch u a good price.and from that price expand ur arena.always remember that ur arena is somewhat like a bank account of BB which always gives u income.so yr furst aim should be to build your arena to atleast 8k for div 4.
moreover i dont think that keeping that 16k guard(fransizio) would help cuz he would turn 34 in a few days and he will start to drop in his skills.
so presently ur plan should be-train salas, quigly and val jackson.they will learn quickly and after a couple of seasons u can sell quigley to get some money.
place franklin on the TL and he will give u a good price and use that to expand your arena.
then find a replacement for your 16k guard and if possible buy 2 8k salary players so as to have 2 decent positions other than having one good position.
if u do these u might have a chance of winning the league though i think that odds dont favour u.but yes one thing u can be sure of is that if u plan long term then u will make a much better team than planning short term.
hope that helped

good advice , definetely agree with expanding the arena , you can lose money with bad deals on the market , but an investment in your stadium can never go wrong. Unless of course you relegate and the fans hate you for it lol

yeah... its looking like I'll let go (tl) the one guy who is ...odd man out due to position and not as potential as my main trainee.

Then use his proceeds to build arena/get a few 8kish players. depending on need. As I stated, am doing a lot of 1v1 training... so in that sense lucky that I can play both Salas and Quigley on floor at same time at the SF/PF spots. Which is good cause they would normally have to share a position with one another. This allows me to have 2 of my best players on the court at the same time.

I appreciate all the help and advice.
