Well now there's a debate!
I already said most of it to olani (who apologised to me directly) via BB-mail, but I think it would be good to say it "out loud".
First of I'm not mad or anything like it, and I didn't put my name in just for the sake of it.
Yes I'm a newcomer, I just played this game for 4 months, but during these 4 months I've been on the website A LOT, I've been there almost every night game, and I've read countless threads on the forum. But I never talked because I just never had anything to say, anything valuable to add to the debate, I just watch and learn. And when you look at my record I think I have not been that bad.
I also watched a lot of NT matches, especially U21 because I'm interested in the training aspect of the game, and what I could gather is that the U21 manager hasn't that much effect on the issue of the games, he can only be as good as his players.
I have nothing againt BBallin, to be honest I was even planning on voting for him before I realized I could put my name.
In my mind, a good U21 manager should really try to help as much as possible the managers (especially the new ones), to have them build the best possible players, by trying to tell them what they should improve. How many new managers (div3 and div4 especially) would stay in the game if they had someone to train, and a U21 manager telling them "this week you should train Pressure, it will improve this etc."?
Anyway I'm not a good talker, I just watch and listen, and there's no need to be arrogant or a jackass, after all it's just a game.
PS: I live in Quebec so English is not my first language, so please don't judge the quality of my writing ;)
