Calum, all you said is correct.

First, however good is coach, can not achieve anything without the support of the owners of the players.
It must also be interested in managers who want to train future players for both youth and the senior team. Whoever wants and is willing to train these players is always welcome, and coach in touch with that managers must find way to proposed players for training.

The problem is that many talented players wait too much time for good training or good manager and the most of them remain without training.

In our community, scouting team found a programe with which can notice the best talents from draft and follow their development from season to season.
This programe works so that all players draft in a row from each league are checked separately by reference in the representation team.
Then, all information is written to gmail document and the coach try to find good managers to train the best talents.
The important thing is that these documents follow the development of young players from season to season so that players have an overview which players are train good and which not.

I will try to find some way to involve that program or way in your community, so I hope with bigger interests from other Scotland manager we can make better results, not only for small period, I hope we can begin to develop this community from beggining.

Thanks for understanding,
VOTE FOR ME - gorge

I suggest everyone read Crazy Australian's posts on the Australian forums prior to voting for him. I am a fan of this team and have previously trained up a NT player and I don't want to see this country get burned.

I recommend gorge for U21 Coach and there is many reasons that's he is the best :
1.He was Coach and know how to captain
2.He has expirience
3.He will try his best and lead the team

gorge will collaborate with you and every good player will be noticed by the draft. He will pick the best and gonna make a ''Super 5'' that will help you.
So please vote for him.
gorge ---> THE BEST

hello to all candidates for selectors ..

-I just like -Sakky want to attach something about gorge on your potential coach the U21 team.

1.First I must say that George is a very successful manager who proved it with great results achieved in the long run our country.
Season 16 and 17 he was the coach of our U21 team which saw excellent results during his tenure.
Using his experience as a successful coach I hope that gorge will do the same as for your U21 NT Team and will hopefully see a successful result.
Тherefore, give him your votes to George,

----greetings

I don't think it's a good thing that someone say in this thread: "not vote for him, he's not good for your team" or "he will be the best for you". All of us that hope to become the new coach have written a speech to explain how we would work. I think to have been clear and honest and that my program is a good program to improve both the Scottish team and community. I don't have to judge the other candidates. So if someone has any question about my method, my staff, my working ethic feel free to tell me about that but please stop the things I wrote above between " ".

If I get elected, I want to start by improving scouting, with my vast number of connections that are willing to help. I want to try to keep up the same strategies as Calvin Harris, but I want to put more pressure on the training of 18 and 19 year olds, to ensure a good future for the team. I want to work with Calum as much as possible, he is obviously a very experienced, and intelligent manager. He has nothing else to prove, he is deserving of his position. Any help I can get from him would be amazing. I would definitely like to work with him to get and advanced database going to help keep track of all the young trainees. I have at this point about 10 staff members I want close to this team and it's decisions, and multiple more that can do some small behind the scenes work for us. Now back to the first question...What do I plan to do when I get elected? I plan to make a better future, I want to make sure that I am involved with the training of players, and I can give insight and help. This will assure that the next generation will be a strong one.

IMPORTANT

To all the Scottish users: it seems that in others countries there was a problem with the registration of the votes so it would be better if you cancel your vote and submit it another time to get sure that the candidate you choose will be elected.
