I agree with Manon - if you have a good perimeter defense, 3-2 zone is actually better than M2M. It's one of the few cases that zone defenses actually work better than m2m :)

Patient is an interesting offense. I have used it with some success, however not on b3 level and especially not on pair-to-pair matches. I wonder what happens if you have a very high player in JS, JR, DR and IS, would that make Patient work better than any offense?

The answer is no. Simply because Patient is easily stopped by high OD.

This tactic will be my next tactic if i dont go up d2 this season. I saw your economy page and it told me a lot of things. My salary is too high and my weekly income is about 30k. But how aboht 3-2 defence. You know in high division they all have very good od on their guardand sf. What will this tactic work against them? They know this game so they wont play m2m :)

What level JR would be good for the scorer one? I know there are not so much team play like you said. I have a player 19 yo. Im training him. His skill set is 10-6-12-10-11-5-8-7-5. 6 jr is not enough i guess. What dou you think, and how can i train him like the scorer for patient offence?

I think this would be real interesting to see in action.

Yes, I have thought the same. That would be salary effective too. In fact, I have thought it for myself: To have a beast scoring player, with high JS, JR, DR, IS, and of course, good passing on all other players. Of course, good defense too.

All in all, with about 550-600k you should have a beast team to run with Patient. Let's hope the new game engine favors abit not only SB, but also tactics in general.

To conclude: Having a team with a beast scorer, good offensive flow, great defense, should make Patient work well.

The last line is not exact true in all cases. becuase if the pg is a good shooter as well as a passer, he'll get the ball to the inside if the pf , center is good or he will create own shot, you really wont need any outside shooting in paitence offense, its a smart offence. Keep in mind alot of guards dont have any high interior defense. This is where pg or sg sf is going drive on him and make a nightmare of passing the ball to the key player at the night time to score or make a spot up mid rang jump shot no tlong range, unless they the opp lacks it or its open. Big men with good passing work equally as well , if they can create their own shot it becomes a night mare to stop. It becomes a game of pick your poision.

I run paitient all the time , but a good defense for it is man-man or (3-2) if you have the players. Also with good game shape of the players its like look inside its really hard to stop, all you can do but hope the team overall defense pitches in some how. To stop P offence it have come from team balance offence/defence and getting a few key stop at certain times in games.

That how i usally lost in running it versus the human when they where around. But keep in mind i have beaten them as well in the national cup. :)
