can you assume that the his game wasnt influence by the crunch and he was able to guess right on his GDP

i was thinking my inside game was going to well so he tried doing something from the outside to help relieve the pressure in the inside. that is why my team jack up 25 shots from downtown and not hitting much.

aside from the crazy fouls by the way, i think the ref during the game was surnamed donaghy. the ft disparity is maybe the reason i lost.

im frustrated . . .

thanks for the reply by the way , appreciate it

The FT disparity certainly did not help, but when you take 34 more shots than your opponent and make fewer baskets, it's near impossible to win. Basically, you had a relatively low number of assists for an LI offense with 99 shots, and your opponent had a large number of assists. The effort and home court could have helped with that, as could a disparity in secondary skills.

Crunch time and GDP influenced it somewhat, but not by that much.

I doubt you appreciate my reply as you disregard it completely by saying you had a good inside game. Sorry but you didn't. Not only did your SF have a bad game, so did your C. 31k C outplayed by 10k C? Something's seriously wrong here. You are debating about outside pressure and whatnot without even thinking about skills of your players being inappropriate in the first place.

It would be really interesting to see IS of your SF and C. I bet they are much too low for a LI tactic. Maybe you should start there.

i know i know, i f***ed up on the GDP I was thinking they were gonna princeton it, so I half guessed hoping I'd at least get half right, and if I got half wrong well, i hoped it wouldn't be too bad. obviously, it was.

Now, THE WTF IS

If you tune into the game, and go all the way to overtime...

WTF MY COACH PUTS ALL THE BACKUPS IN, AND THEY TOTALLY RUINED MY GAME.

They also ruined it in the 3rd and 4th, giving up leads, particularly Stratford and Loften (rookies)

IF THEY DON'T GOT THE EXP, Why put them on the spot in OT???

This is the bull**** that I don't get about the GE.

I hate that we have this thread. I hate that I feel like I have to post here.
(65823062)

I am still in disbelief that the 1-3-1 defense would decide that the primary defender on jump shots by the opposing PG would overwhelmingly be the C position, but his starting PG took 11 jumpers, only 1 open, and 1 each defended by PG/SG/PF, two by the SF and FIVE by the C position. (There were defensive switches, so trust me on that count). But I suppose that a 78.9 PP100 projection should mean that a guy goes 9/12 and draws five shooting fouls (one a +1), while the 90.4 for my SG should of course shoot under 33%.

The 12 for 19 shooting of his center while playing motion sticks out for me. Don't have time to analyze further tho!

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Are you suggesting that he lost the game because the opposition scored more points than him?

Actually, that's probably the only explanation I have also. Random Number Generator effed you up bad yoyo42...

That was one factor, I think, along with poor FT shooting from the home team's SG and perhaps also low offensive flow. The flow is an interesting case, though - because the visitors were playing motion, if a guard got stuck with a ball outside, they fired jumpers or threes, which is usually better for the outside focused team. The only other thing I can think of is that the margin was 74-56 when the visitor's PG fouled out in the last minute or so of the third quarter, and the backup was a 7k salary C - so there would be a significant dropoff on the effectiveness of the motion attack and on the OD from that position, though maybe an improvement against the drives that drew three of the six fouls.

Additionally, Stamina could have played a factor, with the game going into OT.
