That's not the way to get the community involved. And neither posting on the offsite asking for input and discussion on roster that will never come. He got elected, now he does his work (and it's quite good for now so why change?). If there was no post on the offsite whatsoever it would be fine by me, if I have something to say I go on the chat or I bb-mail him. Why would I force myself to participate in a discussion just to participate and put my name out there / spread my "knowledge" ?
It's a freaking game, he got elected and he takes the responsibility of his choices. If someone tells him to do something that leads to a loss, it's all on his ass and that's the only thing people remember afterwards: the loss.
His job is to get people to train, and why make endless posts on the forum for that? Nobody reads it anyway. Contacting the managers directly does help.
And the constant bickering doesn't really help, sorry. I've not posted much on these forums, but everytime it's to say the same thing. Maybe I'll just stop, and I don't think anybody would care and that wouldn't change anything anyway.
